First time I've engaged a tradesman after becoming a homeowner. Explained exactly what needed to be done and why (shows me evidence of various bit clogging up thanks to limescale) kept me informed when he was going to be late (this was down the snowy conditions) all work done on time and as expected things work so much easier now. Left the flat in a good clean condition afterwards.
I have been in the decorating trade for 10 years and during this time I have gained several qualifications including Plastering, Kitchen fitting, Carpentry, H&S working directives. I have vast experience in painting, plastering and general maintenance.

We did have additional costs but in fairness that was due to our house and us not knowing what we actually wanted to do, not him. Kris from KPT Building was excellent. He was very prompt and worked quickly and neatly. He and a colleague took out our shower cubicle and fitted a new shower tray, replumbed the toilet and cleared a blocked pipe in the loft. It took less than 8 hours! He managed to salvage the old shower cubicle and refitted it perfectly. He was very efficient and we would highly recommend him.
