The sales person, Mark went through everything in meticulous detail. The team who fitted it did it in one day and the price was very reasonable. I was over the moon with this. We have had some bad weather in the last couple of weeks and so far everything seems OK. I would also say the house feels a little warmer already!

Scott is a very nice guy and takes his time to do a good job. Happy to change things if required and a very hard worker. Difficult job using Linlab guttering and grey fascia. Thanks Scott and I would recommend him to others.

Malcolm was prompt and helpful, giving us advice when asked and buying fixtures to match our existing ones. He did a fantastic job and we are so pleased with the end result! Chris was nothing but fantastic, although we have not proceeded with the Garden due the unexpected costs, Chris provided us with ideas and a very detailed quotation which would have to taken a lot of effort to complete. Eugene was organised, professional and friendly as were all of his team. He organised all the relevant building regs applications etc, I didn’t have to get involved, and made sure I was happy with everything before he left. No mess left behind, up front and honest, a refreshing change to my previous experiences of the building trade. Eugene is very knowlegeable and comes up with some great ideas. Highly recommended and will definitely be using Eugene and his company again in the not too distant future.

Matrix Electrical Services responded within 10 minutes of my job requirements being posted. They called out the following day, a Sunday, and rectified the problem within half an hour. They were professional, thorough and very reasonably priced. I would highly recommend their services.

I can't complain at all. We had a supporting wall removed, steels put in, fuse board upgrade and then it all made good at the end. Reliable and friendly blokes who I wouldn't hesitate to recommend. Mark was very thorough and professional throughout.
