After 9 month of the pointing being undertaken, part are starting to fall out. I have tried to contact the tradesman via phone and email but get no response (call terminated/no reply to email via ratedpeople or direct). Sion took the job and only contacted my by email only on 8th August. He hasn't bothered to phone me at all. He has sent emails all of which I have replied to, but still nothing quoted or booked in. He has not bothered to come and look at the work, says too busy, and has wasted my time. I cannot comment on his work / value for money,as he hasn't completed anything !!
