The contractor gave excellent advise.He always turned up on time and the work was completed to schedule . During the work various minor various modifications were needed these were discussed in full and solutions found his knowledge and experience most useful. Once finished there was one minor problem which was quickly solved at no extra cost I am very pleased with the work carried out in terms of finish and cost. I would use Hackett Property Services again and am happy to recommend them.

Tom came to quote up my job quickly, and gave me an honest assessment of work needed whilst putting my mind at ease. I needed to arrange some roof repair's remotely for my elderly parents, in a way that didn't cause them to worry unnecessarily. I never met Shane of SL Building Services, only spoke to him on the phone, but he managed the process in a way that more than sufficiently allowed for the work to be completed in a way that gave confidence to all. My parents didn't worry and the roof is fixed!
Gavin was the only builder who responded but he still gave me a competitive quote and was able to start as soon as I wanted. I am very pleased with his work. He did the job and did a good clear-up afterwards.

Initially approached Glenn for a quote for painting and decorating, but became aware of other skills for a separate job I couldn't get a tradesman for. (Internal modification) Glenn was excellent in providing details of the job, he turned up the same day to survey, quoted a fair price and started the job the following week.
