First class. Arrived punctually, replaced blocked down pipe and corner piece of gutter. Cleaned the inside and outside of entire gutter going the dxtra mile to clean the gutter abov the conservatory which no one else has managed to reach since being installed about 30 years ago. I initially gave a good review as I was impressed with the carpenter’s quick response in providing a quote and the detailed information on what would be entailed in the work. Things went downhill from there. The original fitting date was changed, then I received excuses for on two mornings he should have attended to complete the work. One star is given because my deposit was returned. I had to find a new carpenter who could complete the job before Christmas. Luckily, I found someone reliable.
