IA home improvements were very helpful and well priced. They turned up early and started work immediately. The concrete slab was poured on the same day after breaking out the old concrete. Unfortunately, it rained late in the afternoon and the slab started to get pit marks so I contacted IA and he was back a few hours later to smooth the slab out again. Very happy with the service and I would definitely use them again.

Michael did a first class job. Talked through options explaining reasoning behind the choices. He showed me and checked that i was happy through all the stages. He was friendly and courteous and kept disruption to a minimum. I would definitely recommend him and use him again if the need arises. Thank you Michael.

Arrived approx 1 hour after phoning. Team of 3 worked hard. Work was a good quality and they stayed late to finish the job. Cleaned well after finishing.

They were very dodgy and unreliable. They took all the agreed money but never came back to finish the job. I was left without a kitchen, cooking utilises and drinking water for two whole months as no other builders were willing to pick up the mess they left behind. The garden was a complete mess with concrete and heavy building rumble. I strongly advise people to be wary of hiring them.

Main task of laying wood was top class. Reasons for the mixed review: - As part of cost, was promised beading that would colour match the wood, but he turned up with different colour beading and it was left to me to varnish it - door needed to be trimmed because the wooden floor was at a raised height - was cut incorrectly. He promised to return and fix the door and lay a bridge to the carpeted hallway if I paid him in full which I did. Despite me following up, he never returned which I find dishonest.

Gerasimos did a floor fitting for me in a bathroom and hallway. He did an excellent job. The hallway has 4 doors and he dealt with this really well, he followed every small detail and curve. He is very meticulous and the finishes are immaculate. If you have any other issues in the house he gives advice. He is tidy and cleans before he leaves. He is very calm and polite. I would recommend him to everyone and definitely use his services again.

Colin has just fitted some wardrobe doors in the alcoves in our bedroom and I have to say he's done an incredible job. The job took a little longer than expected due to unforeseen circumstances but we are delighted with the outcome. Colin is a very friendly person and his attention to detail cannot be faulted. Lloyd was lovely from the first time he came round. He was very professional, send me images of past work so I felt sure he would be able to do the job well and he gave the best quote. He has done an incredible job in putting turning my design into reality and the workmanship is lovely. He sent me information and images as the work progressed in his studio which was great. Very pleased with his work and he is a lovely guy, which makes it even nicer.

came on 21st july, gave estimate and agreed job. said panels would be ready in 5 days. eventually fitted on 21st august, 30 days later One panel faulty(not noticed by john hall). Replaced this panel a week later, when he had to reverse panels, mas they had been fitted the wrond way round!!.
