Shah was so reliable, experienced and polite. He made suggestions that helped us without pressuring us into anything or imposing on us. The work was all carried out as agreed quickly and he worked long days to get it all done. The changes we made were added onto our bill at the end and were far lower than I had been expecting. Friendly man, did a neat job with the indoor pipework for a downstairs toilet and sink. The next day there were 2 leaks in the outdoor pipes which he advised I fill with silicone, I did and this sorted it. Unfortunately there was also a leak under the toilet due an installation error (seal where the toilet meets the wall) so a handyman had to take the toilet back off to fix this for us.
