Shah was so reliable, experienced and polite. He made suggestions that helped us without pressuring us into anything or imposing on us. The work was all carried out as agreed quickly and he worked long days to get it all done. The changes we made were added onto our bill at the end and were far lower than I had been expecting. The Local Plumbers called re. providing a cost estimate and sent round a contractor. As soon as he left, I was immediately sent an invoice for £150. I never even received the estimate. Had to complain to Rated People, after which they finally agreed to cancel the invoice.

I just want to say I have the most beautiful bathroom that I absolutely love. Matt helped me decide on placement of furniture /colours. He listened to what I wanted but also added expertise on how best to design the bathroom. He also had a little look at my leaky boiler which was kind and I really appreciated that. Just dropped a star because of waste collection issue but other than that I would hire again and Thankyou so much!

Came and offered a reasonable quote on bathroom refurb. The job was done in 4 days, which was acceptable, however when replacing the boards on the floor it's become apparent, after needing to replace a light in the kitchen below, that lots of rubble had been left under the new floorboard I.e. above the kitchen ceiling. Their were no sealant on top of the wall panels which I've had to do. The floor he laid had to be taken up as not only was it bumped up in places he'd also cut it short and lied about it

Paid £650 to damp proof a small area next to my patio door and as at today the area is still wet. Contacted Michael numerous times as he said that the work is guaranteed for 10 year and I can contact him anytime if there is any issues but I’ve had no response. Will write this one off as a bad experience and will get a reputable company to correct it. I will not be using this company again and would not recommend as I don’t believe that damp proofing is something that he does.
