Shah was so reliable, experienced and polite. He made suggestions that helped us without pressuring us into anything or imposing on us. The work was all carried out as agreed quickly and he worked long days to get it all done. The changes we made were added onto our bill at the end and were far lower than I had been expecting. We are absolutely furious with this builder’s unprofessionalism and incompetence. A simple three-week job—adding a stud wall, a doorway, and modifying a window—dragged on for over three months. He repeatedly promised to show up, then ghosted us, forcing constant schedule changes. He made careless mistakes, charged extra to fix them, and took weeks just to paint a door—until we dismissed him. We had to redo parts ourselves. A complete waste of time, money, and patience. Avoid him at all costs.

Josh came to install a shower and tile our en-suite. Our main issues were the extractor fan, wash basin waste pipe wasn’t fitted correctly which meant water was leaking from the pipe that we now know after a plumbers visit was a “botched job”, the radiator valve is also leaking. We’ve not been able to use the shower as the head hasn’t been attached correctly. We’ve now had to wait for a proper plumber to rectify this. I’ve tried to contact josh to discuss however there has been no response.Not recommended!
