Shaun and his team have done a stellar job from start to finish. He came out to give me a quote and explained exactly what he was going to do and even making helpful suggestions. I've not been able to be at the property whilst they carried out the work but they just cracked on and did a fantastic job on our office, staying within budget and the timeframe. We were happy with the kitchen and work (apart from late start and finish / lack of communication), but the kitchen has been in for less than a year and the new floor that was laid is splitting. The underlay wasn’t installed correctly so the joints on the vinyl tiles have split. We’re going to have to have it all removed and done again, properly. Very disappointing.
