A quick, efficient and friendly set of guys. I had them in to clean and paint my mums fence, and then she asked them to do some jet washing and further painting around the garage. Paid £650 to damp proof a small area next to my patio door and as at today the area is still wet. Contacted Michael numerous times as he said that the work is guaranteed for 10 year and I can contact him anytime if there is any issues but I’ve had no response. Will write this one off as a bad experience and will get a reputable company to correct it. I will not be using this company again and would not recommend as I don’t believe that damp proofing is something that he does.

Michael installed a new unvented hot water cylinder , he did a first class job, explained every step and the result is constant hot water at mains pressure which has certainly improved our showers. Andrea and his team were excellent. He is very reliable, efficient and hard working. He made a very challenging job look easy and did some extra things for me that weren’t included in the quote, without charging extra. He got back to me quickly and the whole job took less than 2 weeks from me posting to completion. I would definitely recommend this company and I’m sure I will ask him to do other jobs for me.

Jacques came to install a shower screen and fix a light. Within hours, the shower screen fell and shattered because he failed to anchor it correctly. The light he fixed now only turns on but won’t turn off. Despite multiple calls from me and my tenants, he’s ignoring all contact. His high rating is misleading and possibly manipulated. Based on my experience, I strongly advise against using him. And because of him, i dot think i want to use rated people anymore
