I had a professional experience from the first point of contact to the finish of the job. Jay & Jordan are both very knowledgeable, easy to talk to and stick to the agreement. Very courteous and professional. Turned up on time to both quote and on day of works. Carried out all works agreed and even planed a door that has never fitted.....thanks! John is a really nice guy, I'd love to rate his actual work but after chasing for quotes for a few weeks I should have realised. I've been constantly chasing for three months to get the work complete. No option but to return insurance cheque for payment for the work I can't get completed and go through the whole process again with someone reliable. Shame as i said he seemed a really nice guy!.

Because we had not supplied enough skirting board, we had an issue with a join under the window. Marco came the next day and not only finished the job, but also removed the joined pieces which he had already fixed and replaced with a complete piece at no extra cost. They said only to pay when 100% happy, and we were. Excellent service.

Really disappointing! Started off good, Mitchell got in touch and quoted for the job by the photos, he didn’t come out to quote. I was happy with the quote so I said go ahead and as he said he could do the job in 2 weeks I removed my post thinking great I’ve found the person for the job. 2 weeks later no sign of Mitchell or a reply to my emails asking when he’s planning to start the work so now I have to start the process again. Poor show from Mitchell or a no show, as it would appear

These guys were fantastic, turned up on time and did a great job. Ended up staying quite late into the evening fixing a mystery plumbing issue ( no fault of theirs) and didn't leave until it was perfect. They even came back 20 minutes later because they thought they'd forgotten to tidy something up. Couldn't ask for better service. Really nice, friendly people, who get the job done properly at a reasonable price. Would recommend and will be using again.
