From the initial visit to the end Baz and his team were polite and organised. He explained everything and even made suggestions. Once the job was done the place was left clean and tidy. I would highly recommend this company and Baz for any building work.

Paul did a fantastic job, after another electrician had completely wrecked the conservatory floor, Paul levelled it, laid an underfloor heating system and screeded it all in 3 days. In future, I wouldn't look anywhere else. Five stars? Should be 6.

What a great service from T Rama. From the 1st visit T Rama was on time and very professional, he provided several solutions and gave the pros and cons to each plan. The price was fair and was done within a day. On completing the work the area was cleaned and tidy. I would highly recommend T Rama building services.

I have no hesitation to recommend George for any works his detail to finish makes his workmanship above and beyond any other works I have ever seen, George has also repointed the the entire front and rear of our property along with Chimney and ridge tiles the house looks even better than a new built house, he is an expert builder who takes pride in what he does. So much so I have already asked for further works to be done.

Cannot fault the speed at which House Proud Property Services got in contact with me and arrived at my property to take a look at the issue. From the moment I got a quote Bob did all he could to sort and source this job for me. His customer service was excellent and I was kept fully informed all the way through. It was a relief to have a builder who doesn't take on other jobs at the same time. Mark and Gaz gave a reasonable timeframe and price and stuck to it. We had recently bought the property and ended up asking for considerably more work to be done than was first advertised. This is largely testament to the fact that we had built a trusting relationship with Mark and had peace of mind that the job would get done well and for the price quoted. Yes his banter was terrible at times but you can't have it all!

There's not many people I give a personal recommendation for but this man in more than deserving of it. Did a fantastic job of stopping our chimney leaking and spent much time wanting to make sure it was perfect I felt he should have charged more. Great workmanship, sound guy and will definitely trust him with work in the future. Thank you Gavin
