Ali was very quick to call & arrange a visit. This happened within the hour. The job was to fix the hole in the roof where 2 slates had slipped down into the gutter. We actually supplied the 2 ladders required but the 2 chaps sorted out the problem on this visit. They also secured a couple of other tiles as well & left the area clean & tidy. S&D fixed our kitchen ceiling after a leak. Nicholas also painted the ceiling, painted our living room ceiling and installed tiles in our kitchen. All done in 2 days. Robert installed the coat hangers to the wall, but after a closer inspection I found that he didn't install one coat hanger correctly and asked him to come back. He said he would come back, but failed to show up at the agreed date and time and not heard from him yet. I will now have to find somebody else to fix his mess.
