They completed the house extension for us and everything was finished to a high standard and on time. He agreed to finish some work for us with a view to signing off the job he came twice, charged for the work both times which we immediately paid him for then went silent. We cannot get hold of him and he is completely ignoring us. Having been told various stories over the last few weeks as to why he couldn’t come, he has now decided it’s acceptable to ignore us. We would never have used him for the work he has done if he hadn’t promised to finish the job. He’s unprofessional and dishonest.

Rang Ste 4.30 pm explained my problem no power to all ground floor sockets I needed urgent help Ste quoted price to come out trace the fault and fix They came thirty minutes after my call as promised started work straight away checking all sockets and finding the fault within the hour Very professional clean and tidy all sockets now working and all for the reasonable price quoted Top off my list for any electrical problems in the future Thanks to Steve and his son Dan. arrived on time, came to carry out an annual service of 3 air conditioning units. Explained the job and took pictures to show what further work needed to be done. returned to site the following day to complete the job and carry out a deep clean of the air conditioning units (this although originally unplanned was definitely needed i have asked for a quote for additional units for the site
