Bart and his team were highly professional - the job was done to an outstanding standard, not something that I have experienced with more local tradesmen! His after sales service was also excellent - I would highly recommend him to anyone. This was a medium priced job at £10,000. Well done Bart I will certainly use you again, without hesitation. It's great being able to comment on a service you receive from someone particularly when it has been excellent. I/we take this opportunity to say thanks to Patrick at Roof Fix Services on the very professional quality of service he gave when we needed him. He was extremely helpful in offering his advice, quality of workmanship and above all made sure we were happy at each stage as the work was carried out. Excellent work, all done to the timescale and price quoted. Care was taken to clean up. The common stair is now clean and bright. Very good value for money. Always very polite and pleasant.

Marc replaced my rotting decking with a paved patio. He was very hardworking and very well organised. Delivery of a mini digger, delivery of materials, and removal.if the old decking all happened in a well coordinated manner. I am delighted with the end result.

I asked Ian to provide me with a quote to decorate my kitchen which he did within a day of me contacting him.The work was carried out as requested and I am very pleased with the end result. He tidied up each day and kept me informed of progress. I would 100% recommend if you need any decorating done.

we needed one wall plastered, and Mark gave me a great quote, he als recomended having the rest of the kitchen plastered too. So glad we took his advice. First time we've had smooth walls, giving us a blank canvas to work with. Mark quote was prefect, he turned up on time, got on with the job, and left the place spotless. The job was a complete en-suite shower room renovation. The existing fixtures and fittings were removed and a complete new suite installed. This requires alterations to one of the walls to increase the size of the room, and plasterwork in the en-suite and adjoining room. The wall and floor were completely tiled and new lighting, shower, basin and WC were fitted. The reason that Wayne got the job was that he appeared very professional from the outset. He arrived right on time, was knowledgeable, willing to provide ideas and provided a detailed written quote and work schedule. He allowed me the option of choosing my own materials, which he would then purchase for me to save me any hassle. He dealt with the suppliers and took delivery of the goods. One other confidence booster is the fact that he didn't take a penny until the job was complete and I was completely satisfied. Once the job began, minor changes to the specification weren't a problem. Wayne accepted changes, and provided verbal cost updates if the change had a cost impact. I would have to say that he is more than fair in terms of the additional cost of his labour and didn't take a mark-up on materials. Throughout the job he was very punctual, and his work ethic was exceptional. He obviously takes great pride in what he does, and it shows in the finished product. I would certainly recommend Wayne.
