Unfortunately, over 12 months into the project, it is still not finished. There were a few circumstances outside of Tom's influence, but the delay's have been accompanied by repeated lies about finalising the project, and poor quality of the work that has been done.

He made a very challenging job look easy and did some extra things for me that weren’t included in the quote, without charging extra. My apartment is quite complex to manoeuvre around, but everything was handled expertly and with great care, including staying a little overtime on the last day to make sure everything worked. Follow-up after the work to make sure the heating was working nicely. I really couldn't recommend them more highly.
