Although they did a good job, I had a slow leak and the shower cubicle handle has since fallen off. They came out to fix the toilet leak, but it started leaking again straight after. Never returned to do the handle as promised

Chris and his team recently completely refitted our bathroom. They've done an excellent job - and we'd definitely recommend Chris Reid Plumbing. The new layout, suggested by Chris, makes the space feel larger and more open. The work was booked a couple of months in advance, and carried out as promised. The team arrived punctually every day and maintained a clean and organized work area. They were respectful of our home and minimizing disruption. I had asked for a tradesman to replace my boiler. Paul called me and came round the same day. He was very friendly and easy to talk to. He explained about the different makes of boiler and which type he thought best for me. His quote was excellent. Paul and his brother carried out the work and they left everything very clean and tidy. I called Paul a week or so later to ask for some advice on boxing the boiler in and he was only too happy to help. I would be happy to recommend this company.

I selected a rather unusual bath for a small bathroom. But this did not put Malcolm the plummer off in anyway. He was a very nice person and did a grand job, well done.
