When Craig came round he was able to tell me that my initial plan wouldnt quite work, so we formulated a new one, and even though i had awkward times for him to arrive he managed to fit us in and complete the job to the exact standard I required. Nice down to earth guy, clearly knows his stuff. We are absolutely going to use him again.

A fantastic and trustworthy plumber. Went out of his way to ensure the end result was that of a highly professional standard. Additionally, Stuart was able to explain how the shower likely broke and backed it up with visual evidence (ie opened up the shower parts and pointed out the faults). I couldn't fault the job he did.

Just used Heatwize to fit a new boiler in my Father-in laws house and found them to be very competitively priced, professional and helpful. I live 250 miles away in Essex but Ian kept me well informed and despite a few extra bits that needed doing i was not charged any added extras.
