Very pleased with DCH, they completed a conversion of the garage into a new office room and utility within a seven week window working around my bookings for the house and within the quoted budget. The quality of the work is a high standard and I was kept up to date regularly with the progress and decision making. David had an immediate grasp of the requirements and was able to advise on materials and sourced the window, doors and fittings. Happy to recommend and provide a reference.

Matthew overcharged for materials. He told me he paid £40 at Screwfix for the spikes. I was shocked and asked for a copy of the receipt but he didn't provide it. I did pay him in cash for the work then checked the price at Screwfix. The cost is £29.99 not £40. As a result, I cannot recommend him.

No one turned up. One person said he would come and see what was involved. As usual with this site, no one came. Eventually a friend came with a 3 year old. He wouldn't take any money but the 3 year old had 2 sausages and an ice lolly. .

Rob did an excellent job replacing the storage heaters with electric heaters and installing a new one in the kitchen. He was incredibly patient and took the time to help me find the perfect heater that matched the look I was going for. I highly recommend him and will definitely reach out again for future work. Attended promptly but did not conplete all the work I asked for. Just changed a fuse and replaced a light switch. When I asked him to return to complete the work he was very reluctant to do so.

Full roof replacement in 2020, some repairs done following this which became apparent a few weeks/months later. Difficult to get hold of Henry and we have never received the certificate or guarantee or the surveyors report which we had written promises of (if Skyline read this please contact me regarding these). Had a house sale fall through due to lack of these. However the peace of mind from not having rain inside the house is great.
