I had Mike put 2 new ceiling lights in our living room expecting it to be a simple job, but it took him longer to do than expected due to the wiring being older than I thought which made it harder for him to complete than expected, but he did manage to finish the job to a satisfactory standard and at no extra cost. Miles helped at such short notice and as my Mum is 97, he agreed to come on Sunday to fix her lighting so she’d be safe. He told us his call-out and hourly rate, messaged when he was a bit delayed, and diagnosed fault and fixed it . He explained everything and was very tidy, no mess at all. Due to a few issues we had rearrange dates a couple of times, however Tony did complete the job on a Sunday to get it done and completed which I thought was great.
