Worked hard and got my central heating system re-plumbed from plastic to copper efficiently. It now works! System flushed out twice to remove any debris. I was consulted before plasterboard was removed to gain access to pipework. Final cost came out less than the estimate! Some communication issues. I prefer to use email. Some start times slipped because of this, but the work was finished within a very acceptable timeframe. Pleasant, friendly, straightforward guys.

Sadly we arranged a day, no show, no contact nothing. I left a message (just one) asking to let me know if he was still coming. No response. Next day I received a message very early, no explanation, no apology! It wasn’t convenient for the job to be done the following day. Having discussed this in initial contact. Communication is key and when there is none confidence in the person goes. I was worried about the distance but was assured that it wasn’t an issue! Very disappointing experience.?

A job that at first sight seemed to be completed well turned into a nightmare. My drive was destroyed, weeds coming through everywhere. Despite numerous attempts to contact and fairly resolve I have still not had the issue sorted. I have now employed an established and qualified professional to complete the work. Paying twice for the same issue isn't something I had initially budgeted for!
