I commissioned Alec Gardner Builder to install an interior Bathroom on the strength of his previous work replacing a soil down pipe. He is such a skilled and talented builder with an acute attention to detail. He constructed an excellent bathroom where I wouldn't have thought it was possible.( He also re felted the roof of a geriatric and tricky shed) I have no hesitation in recommending him for building work.

After a few logistical problems; the lads who came and did the work, were professional, friendly and hard working. I thank them for doing such a cracking job of the back garden. It’s now low maintenance and looks fantastic.

Anthony's communication throughout was great, from explaining a competitive quote, to walking through the completed job. Turned up when he said he would and completed the job in the time he said it would take. Looks neat and tidy. All in all, very pleased and would happily recommend. Mick installed our new kitchen about 12 months ago. He's a fantastic tradesman, can cover all of your domestic trade news and a great guy whom you can trust. He did such a great job he's coming back next weekend to fit a bathroom and tile the whole of our ground floor.

This job was a complete and complicated rewire of a large old farmhouse, including various extras such as security alarm, boiler and underfloor heating controls and renovating an old Victorian lantern. Chris has done an excellent job, and even though it turned out to be more awkward than he expected (beams in unusual places, ceilings that came down, boiler wiring being non-standard etc) he honoured the original quote and took the time to make sure it was done properly. The standard of work is very good and Chris perseveres with jobs until he is satisfied with the result. An example is the great care he took with the positioning of the kitchen lights. I have no hesitation in recommending him to others.

Shawn arrived promptly, worked quickly and efficiently. We encountered an issue and he worked systematically to ensure the whole property's wiring was safe and as expected. Very reassuring to find a trustworthy tradesman. Would use again.

We needed some urgent work completely at our warehouse and I'm so thrilled we used PB maintenance to do it. There communication was excellent, always on time and work finished to a high standard. Can't speak more highly of them. We wil be using them again in the near future!
