I also do new build houses from wall plate to finish and fit fascia boards and soffits. Other jobs we regularly complete include full loft Conversions and replacement of old roof windows due to them becoming drafty or if they have been fitted for 25 years and over and need a upgrade. All of my jobs are completed to a high standard and come with a 10 year warranty.

Tom came to skim my son's ceiling but because it had old artex and very uneven he decided to put a false ceiling in, board that and then skim it. Work has not been carried out with skill or care. Barge boards were glued to underside of slates and chimney has been capped off with no air bricks. The chimney height has been reduced without the replacement of drop course or inadequate flaunting. I have been ghosted for trying to get this corrected.
