Was generally happy with the job, a few corners were missed and some debris was left under the lacquer, which I can't remove. For the price paid, £50 per sqm, I would have expected higher attention to detail. The job as well seemed rushed and manufacturer's instructions could have been followed better.

Horrible ,we had garage conversion done by Lee, 2 months after water started to leak from the ceiling, called him to check it, he came said he will take ceiling down, check if this is condensation, dry it and put it up again, we set the date to come and fix it, 7 months later nothing has been done, Lee didn’t answer any emails or phone calls, we had to take ceiling down ourselves to find out he cut pipe from bathroom fan just to make the wall look straight causing condensation

Regardless if I was getting a new bathroom in few months or not I was expecting this to least cover until clearly some mixed communication however I was under the impression that apart from the electrical switches which you did mention the job was done do I need to contact trading standards here as I feel that a guarantee is needed

Martin was very quick to respond (posted the job at 9PM and he was at our house bang on the agreed time the next morning!). Price was perhaps a little higher than competitors (10-15% or so) but it was complete next day and we agreed price upfront so I can’t complain. Disgusting and need reporting, after looking more closely at the lean too I paid them to erect. Only half the fixing and screws and nails were used. It was rushed and unfinished. I've had to finishing the shingles on the roof myself and put in bolts where they just put screws. Then they have the audacity to charge me an extra £140 for materials they didn't use. Insisting they used tubes of resin, when I watched them from the kitchen I know they didn't use any such thing. Avoid and save your money..
