I was impressed with Tom's approach when he quoted to re-point and seal the water - damaged brickwork and to strip and re-paint the metal railings on the external stairs. The job started well. Due to unexpected personal circumstances, there were delays so the job took longer than expected. This wasn't a problem due to the nature of the work being outside and Tom kept me informed when he was able to be here and what he planned to do each time. A bit rushed towards the end. Mike came out quoted and was able to get a team together to start 3 days later, took them two days to clear a garden, rip out large tree stumps, old fence panels and posts, level the area ready for seeding, got another two days of final leveling the two gardens together, good workers, thanks Mike and Reg!
