I found that having a payment plan was a great idea as this lessened the big pay outs, the overall build was to a good standard especially it being the wettest March, April, May and June. Paid £650 to damp proof a small area next to my patio door and as at today the area is still wet. Contacted Michael numerous times as he said that the work is guaranteed for 10 year and I can contact him anytime if there is any issues but I’ve had no response. Will write this one off as a bad experience and will get a reputable company to correct it. I will not be using this company again and would not recommend as I don’t believe that damp proofing is something that he does.

Aberdean builders did a great job on the re pointing, there was a slight issue in regards to the original quote for the work increasing due to the wrong sq metre's being measured by myself, it would have been better to have this measured before the job was started. Although the builder was reasonable in coming to an agreement on the price.
Very good quality work with unbelievably cheaper price. Very good value for money. Any other work he was not an expert in, he knew other peoples and brought them who could do the job in the best manner. Overall, job very well done, thats why I am giving 5 stars.
Phase 1 nearing completion and scores 10:10 Excellent team under Joe Kerr - they can all think on the run which is vital with a renovation project. Phase 2 will start in a couple of weeks and in the meantime we have already recommended to close friends with the two projects running alongside. No hesitation in highest recommendations.

Finding a builder to build a retaining wall & two flower beds in our rear garden was not easy. Rated people.com gave us J P Construction. We were worried about finding tradesmen to do our garage conversion as we’ve generally not had a good experience in the past. Les came in and gave a great quote, was helpful and transparent from the start and did an excellent quality job whilst being very respectful of our living space.
