You can see why Smith & Son get a good rating. You get a friendly builder that does a good job. We employed him to fit a steel beam and a door lintel. The site was tidied up on completion and advice was given about covering the beam and contacting building control. Thanks Ian and team, great job, thoroughly recommended.

Optimise are incredible, they are so open and honest from the minute we made contact. Giving us lots for different options, with two young children they were very safety conscious, tidy, clean and respectful, turning the radio off whilst the baby slept, being kind and friendly to our 8 year old. The work is of such a high standard, we will be returning customers time and time again, my mum has already got the guys into quote for her. I employed Simon to do extensive painting of my garden furniture and fences during the summer. He also kindly helped me with some carpentry work in the garden and some jobs indoors. He arrived on time each day or let me know if there would be a delay and why, the work he undertook was meticulous and he always cleared up before he left each evening and joy of joys no radio blaring! I cannot speak too highly of his conduct and willingness throughout and can strongly recommend him.
