Employed these workmen to supply and fit a window, seems very nice and helpfull, with a guarantee to fix a condensation problem. I have raised complaints with them after first day of fitting and I have been totally ignored and charged an extra £150 to fix a problem on a different window. he did not do the work but he took the money. I would not recommend and I think that Rated People should be held responsible, as workman are employed because they have come through on the Rated People website. Rip off.

Ecotech carried out a complete bathroom installation. At the time i wasn't completely happy with the tiling - although a few years on, the tiles haven't dropped off! One or two issues where certain activities were carried out without checking with me first but in general everything was ok

Sadly as much as the extension looks fine on the outside, there have been too many issues behind the scenes that we have had to get remedied, which has been a huge additional ongoing cost to us. The team are not experts and will not do a thorough job. We have recently had to deal with a big health and safety electrical issue due to their inability to do things properly. We now wish we that we had engaged someone else.

En suite shower fitted - shower tray repeatedly leaked causing damage to newly painted ceiling in my lounge, the tiling in the shower enclosure is shoddy and the shower door was fitted the wrong way round. I had to sped nearly £300 getting an experienced plumber to sort out the shower tray, shower controls and damaged shower plinth.

Very unprofessional and had no idea about any of the plumbing or electrical work based on my personal experience as the the guy AK is not qualified as a plumber or a builder and relies on a couple of guys who had problems to understand work details hence they often argue with AK about the work and the agreed labour cost therefore they wasted my time and I had to hire someone else after wasting my time with them. Please avoid at any cost to hire this AK company .
