Hired Ian to Build a single story extension and install new kitchen and downstairs shower room . Crew were very pleasant and very helpful in planning the the job ahead of them. Very pleased with the work carried out looks amazing Having to put up with an awkward neighbor didn't deter them from doing and completing the job. The price put in was very reasonable. Been paid £1000, after weeks on a 3-4 day job, the job still wasn’t finished. Lied about the costs of materials and pocketed the rest. Didn’t show up multiple times. Made such a mess. Leaving food wrappers/packaging in my house, cigarette ends on my drive/garden. Damaged my carpet, walls and ceiling. Made an awful attempt at the tiling. Damaged the tiles, left huge gaps, uneven gaps. After a few days the tiles fell off. Would not return my house key and still hasn’t after weeks.£1400 nothing to show for it
