Craig got in touch quickly, gave me a rough estimate over the phone and answered all my questions. Surveyor arrived on time, gave instant quote. Price was good. Michael and (another) Craig turned up to do the job on the day, time given. Good, tidy job. Can't fault anything, from start to finish!! Would recommend!

George and his team are experienced builders, replaced my front door with a custom frame/sidelights and raising the floor level in the hallway quite quickly - in fact, they were the only who came next day, gave a quote straightaway and were ready to start in just couple of days. They also had all the necessary tools and materials, were ready to buy something additional quickly on the day - if further adjustments were required to fit everything as I asked. Mr Rob Robinson has come to my house to repair a leak in the roof in August 2018. Since August 2018 we have had to call Rob number of times. The roof is sill leaking and he is refusing to refund the money even tho I have offered £100 for his trouble to date. I have further damage inside the house due to the leak.The communication is poor and no sense of customer care. At this stage following few attempts I do not trust Rob can fix the leak and I hope he can do the right thing and refund the money paid!

It would be ideal if i could leave pictures as to the stat of my home and the damage this contractor caused. i had to get ride of this contractor and find an alternative. This has cost me double what it should have as i had paid this contractor the majority of his invoice then had to employ another to correct the work. please check the users tax filing on company house (which have not been completed) and the fact they have been expelled from the federation of master builders. not recommended

DPG are a two man operation who seemed friendly and personable. They took £50 cash in advance for cutting the lawn and weeding as I had to work. They cut the lawn but did not weed or finish edging. I text for them to finish the job and they said they would come. However, they didn't turn up as agreed. They have avoided my calls for over a week now and failed to reply to all further calls/voicemail/texts. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend them.
Phil came on the 20th of September. We supose to have a quote in 2 days. Today is 11th of September and we still waitting. Dont bodered to contact them. We will never again trust someone with no ratings.
