Joe and his team did an excellent job from start to finish on my garage conversion. He is flexible in his approach to work and always willing to keep his customers happy by doing extras where needed. Hired them to install a new socket, and also install extractor fan. The job for the new socket works as expected and happy with this. The extractor fan, well, Jack decided to install the extractor fan without running pre-checks on the fan such as plugging it in and testing it. Now I'm left with a faulty item and had it replaced. Jack wants to charge me full price to come back when they should have conducted proper checks. I don't know if I had a faulty item or if it was damaged by them.

arrived on time, came to carry out an annual service of 3 air conditioning units. Explained the job and took pictures to show what further work needed to be done. returned to site the following day to complete the job and carry out a deep clean of the air conditioning units (this although originally unplanned was definitely needed i have asked for a quote for additional units for the site
