Called ahead to confirm the appointment. Evaluated the issue and determined that it was better not to replace the fan but put a vent. He then sent me a link to the vent to buy off Amazon. I was only charged a call out fee. All in all, very friendly and excellent service. I will use them next time I have an electrical issue to sort.

I hired Omar to do a full re-wire of my house and he was brilliant start to finish. He answered all my questions in detail, was thorough in making sure everything had been thought out and was very accomodating with my timeline delays. He was always prompt and occasionally stayed late to ensure things were finished on time. I found him to be really genuine, friendly and trustworthy.
