The job, (quite significant taking 2 days) was carried out by Jamie and Chris a short while later. They were always very friendly, organised and clean - the work was excellent. Vasile came out performed tests to diagnose a short circuit but was not able to resolve it due to access issues, he offered viable options for me to consider, however next day he thought of another fix which worked and the problem was resolved at a reasonable cost. Very happy with the service.
