Pleasant,polite,reliable & businesslike, Johnathan came over to see what was needed & gave a verbal quote which was quickly followed by a written one including date & time. He arrived promptly & worked quickly & efficiently. A joiner by trade, he made a good job of repairing the gate but wasn't afraid of working as a handyman carrying heavy things up from the cellar to the shed & cleaning down the rafters & walls thoroughly. En suite successfully fitted. Chris is clearly experienced and had a good solution for each problem. He successfully tackled all of our more obscure requests (Japanese style toilet). Lots of good work done and Chris was amazingly patient when we (clients) messed up the ordering of parts...multiple times.
