I had a professional experience from the first point of contact to the finish of the job. Jay & Jordan are both very knowledgeable, easy to talk to and stick to the agreement. It was a straight forward job, and that's exactly how they handled it. No complications. Handed over a clean and tidy site. Have asked them to quote for another job. Brian was excellent from start to finish. Very personable and a very neat worker, laying a protective covering over my hall carpet and stairs, which meant no mess on my carpets and floors. We went with a full bathroom refurb and I’m delighted with the end result. Pricing was also competitive. 10/10, would highly recommend.

The best decision I made was going to rated people site for a tradespersons. Kevin contacted me after I posted the job. He came to see what needed done and we agreed price etc. Everything was done according to timelines and price. There were no surprises as sometimes happens with other contractors. Very quick, job put up yesterday afternoon and completed before noon today. Very reasonable price, helpful, friendly and tidied up afterwards. He even took out the rubbish.
Duncan removed a load-bearing wall from my flat and fitted supporting beams. He also arranged scaffolding and coordinated a plumber to run new drainage to allow the relocation of the kitchen and bathroom. I was really pleased with all aspects of the work which was completed efficiently and to a high standard. Duncan is approachable, honest and trustworthy, he always seemed happy to give me his time to discuss the job and kept me well informed on progress. Nothing was too much trouble. Highly recommended.
