You have not phoned or emailed since I paid you £1800, not even a courtesy to say you had received the funds. I withheld the remainder as you did not membrane or baton as per the quote and withheld guarantees and photos of work in the loft, thus you are in breach of contract. Yesterday i went to touch up some paint that you failed to do and saw the gaps in the weatherboard and large hole. That is why I am in contact only now as I had not been in my neighbour’s garden.

The contractor gave excellent advise.He always turned up on time and the work was completed to schedule . During the work various minor various modifications were needed these were discussed in full and solutions found his knowledge and experience most useful. You can appoint this company with confidence. We found Tomley Paving through Rated People and will certainly be using them again in the very near future and will recommend. The project they undertook could have been daunting to a less experienced company.They excavated an area removing 45 tons of soil, built a retaining wall, laid a very large patio with three large feature steps into the garden. Beautiful. The area was left clean and tidy and Tom & Lee the owners were fully on board the entire project.
