I am very pleased with the service recieved from Alex. He quicky provided a competitive quote and arranged to get the work done on a Saturday morning. It involved the repair of an external door and he moved other jobs around so he could get to this sooner because it affected the security of the building. I contacted Micheal he came when he said he would ,gave me a quote in two days i aceptpted the quote ,said he had a job to Finnish. 5 weeks later I was contacting him regular sometimes I heard back other I did not ,he funnalky gave me a date to start 19 th June then to be told July I first counted him on the second week of May .he new we wanted job done before we went in holiday ,I had to ask fir money back and start again . I was really hurt as I really like him and there was only £100 difference
