Paul did a great job for a really good price with some holes in bricks and took out the plant growing in there. He also fixed a window rotten bottom but and opened it after council painted it closed for me when asked. Communication is really easy and pricing is very fair + also really nice guy. Not cheap but - Came when said, identified correct roof failure (not a pot, rather lead flashing - so professional ie. didn’t uplift job), good communication, fixed when said they would and swiftly … and so far after some very heavy rain. It appears they “fixed my roof”. Plus a ten year guarantee. So you get what you pay for I guess. Hence 5 star.

Absolutely horrific experience. No quote was formally given beforehand. Ali refused to give a price/estimate for the works, he just said he would fix the leak at a “reasonable” price then the bill came to £600. My newly fitted bath panel got damaged during the repair works. Then after a few weeks a leak was spotted again in the same area which resulted in water damage to the newly renovated ceiling. Thousands of pounds went down the drain. Highly unprofessional and wouldn’t recommend them.
