After forging separate career paths in customer care, the NHS, and the plumbing industry we decided to pool our collective skills in customer service management and building services industry knowledge. Nic and his friend did a great job transforming my rear garden. Nic responded to my advert immediately and with a competitive price. I did not know him but read his reviews online which were all good. He communicated honestly and I felt reassured so I paid an agreed deposit amount on the first day. Nic and his colleague removed all the old concrete slabs and replaced them with attractive ceramic ones along with the manhole lids. They worked hard and left the site very clean and tidy. Thank you so much!

Fast work however great at time. We've noticed a lot of chipped tiles and missing grout. I've tried to patch up. Also uneven in places. I should have checked more clearly. They turn up.on time etc but check work after........more thoroughly than I did.
