I requested a window service through Rated People and did not think I would find what I was needing. To my surprise I did within a day. M D Maintenance made contact and arranged a day and time and true to his word he arrived on time and did the service on the windows as requested. A job very well done. Malcolm has come along at just the right time. Due to illness within the family we have been unable to tend to the garden like we used to. Starting with cutting the grass Malcolm is now covering all those jobs that need to be done to keep a large front and back garden under control. Would not hesitate to recomend him to anyone.

I can't recommend Vytautas enough! His level of work and reliability are both extremely high. Having struggled to find good tradesman especially joiners previously, I found Vytautas to be the best I've used and he will be my first contact in the future when needing any work done.

Christopher Hampton is very professional, and always maintained excellent communication leading up to the date for the job. He arrived on time, and was courteous and friendly. Energy supplier visited to inspect boiler, gas leak detected. Energy supplier advised that floor would need to come up. Sa Plumbing phoned me within 30mins of putting a job request up and attended and hour or so later. Quickly identified the source of the leak, thankfully above the floor! fast, friendly service, would use again!
