Stuart is one of the best tradesmen I’ve ever do a job for me, let alone the best flooring specialist. He’s 100% reliable, gives honest, expert advice, keeps you up to date with how the work is going and the results are immaculate. He even helped arrange other things (plumbing) that needed doing for me. I’d have no hesitation in recommending him or using him again.

I was badly disappointed with the work, discussed this with Petru, sent him photos, he was still adamant he had done excellent work. I had to engage another contractor, who I had to pay not only to do the work, but to undo the poor outcome of Petru's work. I hired Petru based on his excellent feedback, and considered asking him to do more work in my home; I regret that decision, and will not hire contractors via websites like this any time again.

Spoke to Colin at 330pm to discuss the job and agreed I would like him to do it. He came round at 730pm and did the repair. He was polite at all times and was very reasonably priced. I would highly recommend him and will certainly use him again should the need arise.

We hired Cani Building Services to replace the front stairs and pathway of our Victorian home with granite pavers in the spring of 2025. Starting from initial consultation when Klajdi came to my house to inspect the job for quotation. He was very humble and made reasonable recommendations. My instinct just stick to choose Property Claim for the job. WOW! is what I would describe their job. I had complete bath room and toilet fitted. This was done within reasonable time. I want to thank Mariustz as he has done a great job. The initial job was for some doors trimming, but we agreed also on some other jobs which were needed such as changing the door side opening, locks change, putting biddings and corners and new architraves. He is very kind, detailed and generally a very nice guy to talk to. I will definitely ask him again to do some other works for me.
