Stuart is one of the best tradesmen I’ve ever do a job for me, let alone the best flooring specialist. He’s 100% reliable, gives honest, expert advice, keeps you up to date with how the work is going and the results are immaculate. He even helped arrange other things (plumbing) that needed doing for me. I’d have no hesitation in recommending him or using him again.

John gave a price, based on my description and photo. He confirmed he'd arrive the following day and this morning, called to say he'd arrive in "30 mins". John arrived as promised and promptly fixed the issue. He also noticed a blockage in the downpipe and resolved that too. I can't fault him in any respect and am happy to recommend him to anyone. We were very impressed with Dan’s attention to detail, standard of workmanship and care taken. We were happy with the original installation but it is a tribute to Dan that he identified an issue and came back to do more work until he was satisfied it was just right. Dan kept us informed of progress and was very pleasant to deal with. When we had an issue with planning permission Dan provided detailed drawings of the sash window specifications. No hesitation in recommending. Windows look lovely.

Mazen agreed to remove my old laminate kitchen worktops and replace them with new quartz worktops. He was very friendly, polite and professional. He gave me lots of advice and was patient when we kept changing our minds and were slow to make final design decisions. As soon as we decided what we wanted he was able to come and do the work very promptly. The team was efficient and thorough. I would highly recommend his service to anyone looking for kitchen redesigns.

Ciprian and Raz were absolutely excellent- they fitted my bathroom in the exact time expected, they were on time every morning, polite, friendly, proactive with everything, courteous about my neighbours. They even drove to pick up my extra tiles on the last day so the job could be finished on time whilst I was stuck at work. I cannot recommend them enough to anyone. Incredibly professional and trustworthy. Excellent workmanship. Best bathroom fitters in the world. I will be using them again for future work.

Had a quote for roof repair which included for 1 missing tile, re fitting existing tiles, repairing flashing and gutter cleaning did not accept quote. On advice from another roofer just had the one missing tile replaced since there was no evidence of any leaks inside the loft or 2nd floor ceilings.

Trusted Maintence did an excellent job building a bespoke cupboard for my living room. Karl was knowledgeable and took time to understand exactly what I was looking for. His measurements were precise, communication was clear throughout, and the pricing was very reasonable. I was very satisfied with the results of VFurb's external renovation and decoration work, which took 3 weeks in total, extended due to rain. Dragos worked six days a week to keep me informed of progress, answered all my questions, and identified practical solutions to unforeseen problems, supported by detailed costings . He was always present to supervise his team of 2-4 workers, and personally completed the most complex roofing, piping and guttering jobs himself to a high standard.
