I hired Magna Homes for a 10-week renovation, but 18 weeks later, the work is still incomplete. The extension was built in September, but the roof hasn’t even started. Delays and poor communication have caused significant financial strain, as I had to remortgage my house and can’t move back in. Weekly assurances to resume work have been broken repeatedly, leaving my home in an uninhabitable state. This experience has been frustrating and highly unprofessional.

Paul was hired to lay a brick fence and do front garden tiling. Three days later the columns collapsed. He returned and re-laid the piers, but one of them is still wobbly and needs repair. Tiles in the front garden were laid very carelessly and unprofessionally, some of them have come off, grouting was not done at all. All construction waste was left uncollected and the site after his work was left uncleaned. Got paid in full Paul GONE OFF and despite his promises he never came back to fix it.

The job, (quite significant taking 2 days) was carried out by Jamie and Chris a short while later. They were always very friendly, organised and clean - the work was excellent. OVER A YEAR LATER, and a couple of the lights had stopped working and I contacted Russell. Within 2 days, everything sorted with no charge for the new lights or the service. Fadi is very profesional. We asked him to do a number of jobs; replacing a valve in the hot water system, replacing a kitchen tap, fitting new plumbig to the wash basins and replacing a toilet. The quote was very reasonable. A start date was aggredd and he arrived on time and got on with the work. We were kept informed on progress. He cleaned up after completing the work. There were two sessions, the socond the replace the old toilet. Everything works. Great job. He is also a very friendy chap..
