The owner is honest,reliable and is highly professional..He matched the worktops with the porcelain floor tiles perfectly. He adapted a cupboard so I can get the washing machine out ,when I need to. He also built a new cupboard. I am very happy with the result.

Karl was punctual as arranged. He completed the job to a very good standard - cleaning up after himself. I have asked him to quote me for coving several rooms/areas of my house.

Dave came and quoted me at the time he said he would. He is a nice and pleasant guy. Dave did a great job with the work I needed doing. He also did more than I originally requested. His price was great. I have already passed his number onto my friend and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him to anyone else.

Proper nice people. Two turned up for the job which 2 people were needed for. I loved the way they got on together. Singing , laughing and joking. Exactly how it should be. Did a great job. Professional and respectful. If any other jobs need doing I wouldn't hesitate to hire these guys.

Nick offered advice on alternative solutions to our problem. We agreed the work, price and time and everything was done as agreed. Nick is is polite, reliable and willing to discuss options in order to offer the best solutions and the quality of his and his colleagues' work is excellent. Eugene cleaned off all the peeling paint on the window, sanded, then gave everything a coat of primer, and then a double coat of paint. Excellent job, he turned up on time did a good job and left no mess

I would not hesitate to recommend S & L Property Services (Leeds) Ltd. Luke and Jamie fitted my kitchen within the expected time, as quoted and did a fantastic job. They went over and above to sort out my design and the delivery when my supplier messed up!; showed great attention to detail and finish; were very clean and tidy; and even started early & finished late get the kitchen finished on time.
