Job didn't last long, started leaking again when it rained heavy. wasted money. Another company looked at the chimney and flat roof and politely described the job as done by cons, using this site to get quick cash from urgent jobs, which if not done professionally costs more in the long run. Turned up one day and I paid in full. Cut part of the lawn and then said he needed a part to fix his mower. Went to get part but never came back. Half cut lawn and took full payment = poor

In October, quoted £800 to level and turf 80 sqm. Left the soil to harden. He came in April and remeasured. This time, it magically increased to 96 sqm and wanted £960. After completing without any levelling, there was still an area left. When asked to lay the excess turf in the truck, said it is for another customer and left. When I measured the turfed area, it came to 81 sqm. Contacted him to return the 15 sqm, wants another £200. Now asking not to contact, so leaving this feedback. Untrustworthy workman.

We had 3 quotes for the driveway. Premier seemed to know what we wanted and offered a good price. They said it would be done in 3 days and it was. A really good team who were more than polite, not stopping for anything. A job which was a little more difficult than expected. Kinda hard sellish, which wasn't huge fun. Then didn't hear from them for ages. Then a surveyer turned up to check the place out. Hadn't been told what we had said to sales about diggers not having access. Didn't look properly or measure access points. Then didn't hear from them for ages. Then phoned on Saturday eve asking if they could start Monday. Then turned up with a digger they couldn't get in.
Turned up and worked hard, sometimes in really bad weather. Removed years of undergrowth and left us with a garden that will be a lot easier to maintain. Left everything clean and tidy.Really friendly team who worked around our holidays to leave us with a good lawn.

Originally the man was our hero, baby fast approaching and no floor,He priced up the job and came two days later! Fantastic! But then what a turn it took, Lawrence had to come back a second time to do our beading and fit a customized threshold, the beading came away next day and he never did fit the threshold after promising six times he would come, but never did. Real shame as started off so well. He has now blocked us from calling and owes us £50 which i paid in advance, more fool me.
