As well as helping home owners on a regular basis, we specialise with holiday let management focusing on package bundles of cleaning, maintenance, and health and safety compliance to streamline processes to allow owners more freedom and let go of the day to day. Plumbing charges are as follows: We are here to help you our minimum charge per visit excluding parts is £155.00 (no vat) Our minimum hourly rate chargeable is £45.00 (no vat) Minimum Call Out Fee £95.00 (no vat) After 6pm and Weekend Call Out Fees Minimum Charge: £180.00 (no vat)

Dave & his team worked like Trojan's on this job in terrible weather for almost two weeks solid. However when they had finished the job the transformation of the garden was fantastic. I would highly recommend Dave & his team, infact I have since had him back to do my driveway, another superb job by Coldharbour Fencing & Landscaping.

Addition is for the arctex request, not just the redecoration of the ceiling water damage where the work was excellent and the protection of the furnished room was excellent. Final good comment is that the vacuum use was thorough - nothing left to chance.

Ben managed to fit our painting job in while he was waiting for the plaster to dry at another job. He was punctual and friendly. His work was very good and he sorted out a couple of problems we had with our door frames. I would certainly recommend him and I wouldn’t hesitate to use him again.

Mike contacted me very quickly after posting the advert, and came out the following day to quote. I have just bought a property and needed work doing immediately and even though mike had another job on, he found the time to start on mine. I'm very impressed with the job mike and his team have done, I now have 3 new ceilings and 2 plastered walls, plus some extra work he's done and it means I am now able to move in! I will be asking mike to return to do some other jobs for me, and I would highly recommend :)
