Job was well done but promised an unwritten gaurantee and all I've got to show for it is a number to call if there are any issues! Not what was agreed which is a shame. Can't give a potential buyer of my house a phone number in a year to prove the roof is new!

Reasonable job but following issues. 1) Expensive maybe 30% higher than competition feel ripped off. 2) wall corners are showing large cracks after only 1 week. 3) I had to ask for them to clean up after themselves and also put dust sheets down at the start. 4) Offered hose so they could mix away from the house, but they refused and proceeded to mix holding bucket up the wall damaging my box hedging. 5) rendered walls have not been done below skirting board level, so i need to fill gaps myself in the wall.

Stefan was polite and very tidy. He did a fantastic job of replacing my shower and at a competitive price. His work was to a very high standard and he was able to provide practical solutions when problems arose - such as floor not being level. He was able to do plumbing, carpentry and tiling so it saved me having to employ various tradesmen. He kept me up to date with messages and pictures so I could see the progress of the work. 4 months?Done the job feb, rang you march, you gave advice and we put 2 fans on the wall for a month and rang you back to say wall didn’t dry. I’ll post all the photos up of the job including the rusted beads and beads put over the top by your lazy plasterer and let’s remember I said cancel your plasterer when you didn’t do the job I thought you were doing and pay you just for what you done. The evidence is there for people to decide
