We accepted Paul’s quote. We decided to put new wood boards and guttering leading into our water barrel on our outdoor building. He came out the next week to complete the job. Paul and Reese have done an amazing transformation to our tired looking building. They are very energetic and skilled workers with great personalities. Excellent work on cleaning 2/3 of my roof in 2022. However, he was unable to clean the last 1/3 because of the importance of another job - and my job had taken longer than estimated. We agreed that he would complete the last 1/3 no later than May 31st 2023. In spite of at least 4 attempts to communicate with him (emails and an internal Rated People message) prior to the end of May, I have had no response from him. Hence the rating.
