UPDATE. no contact from Alan after I gave him time to come back and repair his poor work. He hasn't. My chimney is now in such poor condition I have paid another company to remove it! Beware of this company's promises.

Finding a builder to build a retaining wall & two flower beds in our rear garden was not easy. Rated people.com gave us J P Construction. From the first telephone call to visiting and quoting through to job completion Joe was very polite and professional. Everything was clearly explained from start to finish. Charged me exactly what he quoted, turned up exactly when he said he would, fixed my leaking pipe, repaired the damage to the ceiling caused by the leak, made good the tiling which needed removing to do the work and everywhere was left clean and tidy - what more could you ask for?!!

Rob has been excellent from the beginning to the end. He's fitted a new worktop with upstand and rebuilt an existing kitchen unit to fit new layout, giving my tired kitchen a new lease of life. Paul of Forwood joinery fitted a new loft hatch for me. He was very prompt at giving me a quote which was very reasonably priced. The nature of the job was unavoidably messy but Paul tried his best to keep this to a minimum by covering the walls and carpet. I am very happy with the work he carried out and would definitely use him again. I have recommended him to friends, one of whom has since used his services. Like me they are very happy with his work and his prices.

Thanks to Mark and his team for a great job. The price was excellent as was the quality of the work. The job was completed very quickly and would have been done even quicker had there not been a slight delay on the tiles arriving which was the fault of the supplier, not MD Property! I was taken up to the roof to inspect the work at close quarters and decided the chimney breast needed some TLC too. No problem, job done at minimal cost. Give them a call I really don't think you will be disappointed.
